- 1 cup Tomato pulp
- as required Oil for deep fry
- 1 tablespoon Ginger garlic paste
- 1 Chopped onion medium sized
- 1 chopped green chilli
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp coriander powder

- 1/2 cup Water
- 1/4 cup cream
- as required Coriander leaves for garnishing

- In bowl add grated Gobi, paneer, potato, cumin powder, coriander leaves, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, Salt, coriander powder, garam masala, corn flour, besan.
- Mix it well to foam a soft dough grease hands with oil, make small balls from the dough.
- Deep fry in medium hot oil.
- In one pan heat the oil, add whole garam masala, ginger garlic paste, green chilli,saute well,add onion saute till it golden brown, add tomato pulp, saute until oil separates.
- Add water and cream cook for a minute,Add koftas, add coriander leaves.
- Served in another plate garnish with coriander leaves and cream.
