  21. 1/2 cup Malai / cream
  22. to taste Salt
  23. as needed green coriander

Instructions to make to make Malai Paneer

  1. Take bowl add prices of paneer.add curd and masalas mix well and leave for 1hour
  2. Heat oil in a pan add dry masalas fry for a minute add onion,garlic and ginger.
  3. Fry till onion is brown.add tomato and fry till soft.
  4. Cool and grind to smooth paste.
    Heat butter in a pan add dry masala fry till Raw aroma vanished.
  5. Add grinding paste and mix
    Add marrination paneer and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  6. Add half malai and cover to cook for 5 minutes.
    Serve with malai and dhaniya on top
